In 2005, I started my consulting company after working with Wolfgang Puck for 5 years. Consulting was very much what we refer to as a Done For Your Service. You have a problem, I come in spend time with your team, set up systems, do the training, collect my final check and I was off to the next project. Then I would follow up 6 months later to see how things were going and it always ended up being the same story.
"We started out great. Then things got busy and we let a few things fail to to wayside. Then a few more things stopped getting used. Then the staff complained about the changes and it was a lot for me to do alone. So, we really haven't implemented all the things you set up."
Wasted money (investment) and more importantly...wasted time.
You make progress and then that comfort zone calls you wanting you to come back. You give in and go back to your old habits and sadly, you get your old results.
I saw this pattern of failure to implement go on for a few years and then I decided to change how I did consulting.
TRC Consulting Services are a hybrid of consulting and coaching. What does that mean? You get the best of both worlds! You get the done for you service where I come in and set up the right systems, in the right order, for maximum results. Then you get the done with you service of executive coaching as I am there to make sure that our hard work is implemented by you and your team.
We work in 90-Day blocks, each block has predefined exceptions, targets, and outcomes that we will achieve. You get me on location with you and your team and in between visits we have accountability coaching video calls. Our project is tracked through my online project management system so we can always know where we stand in the progress of the consulting project.

The short survey will quickly identify where your restaurant is right now. It's critical to have a clear picture of where you are not in order to create an effective plan.
It just take about 10 minutes to fill out the questionnaire and it will allow me to start looking for a customized solution. Whether you are a start-up, or an existing restaurant, each has challenges that can be overcome with a consulting/coaching model.
After you take survey, I review it and then we can schedule a 1:1 intake call, where I will gather the information needed to determine how we can work together the best.
During the call, just be open and honest about your situation. I am not here to judge or critic you, only to provide solutions to getting the restaurant your want.
Your consulting/coaching program is based on your needs and outcomes. It could be a heavy focus on marketing, culinary, team building, culture, menu design, or operations and systems.
Once that is set, the program moves rather quickly because time is of the essence. We will set the precise agenda and what our targets are each month. Then we get it on the calendar and get started. Action plan outline and pre-work within three days of acceptance. You get support coaching each week with me (and 7day text/email support) to make sure the things we put in place stay in place.
